What does it cost to sign-up for LK LiquidKlear?
No charge until 90 days from activation. Then it's only $4.95 per month (or $59.40 per
year total). There's no cost for making purchases with your LiquidKlear Visa® Prepaid card and
you will get one free withdrawal per month at ANY nationwide ATM7. You can

We will be initially launching on the App Store and shortly following up with Google

Why do you need my personal information?
As a financial company, we must follow rules set forth by federal and state regulatory
agencies that also allow us to FDIC ensure your funds. We will verify your identity,
which means we need access to basic information like your Social Security Number and
mailing address. Rest assured, your personal information is safe with us and we commit
that we will NEVER share it with anyone, for any reason.

How do I activate my LiquidKlear Visa Prepaid card?
It's easy. Once your card arrives, just open the LK LiquidKlear app1 and you will see the button prompting
you to activate your account and card. You can also call the 1-833-263-6691 (number on the back of your card).

How do I change my PIN?
You can do this right from the LK LiquidKlear mobile1 app. Simply go to Profile and select
"Manage Cards & Accounts" and follow the prompts. You can also call the 1-833-263-6691 (number on the back of your card).

How do I reset my password?
You can do this right from the LK LiquidKlear app1. Simply go to Profile and select "Change

How do I view my financial statements?
You can view your financial activity by selecting "Spending" in your Account Dashboard
within the
LK LiquidKlear app1.

How much can I withdraw from an ATM per day?
You can withdraw up to $500 per rolling twenty-four (24) hours, with no more than 3
withdrawals as well in the same twenty-four (24) hours.

What are you mobile check deposit limits?
We require a minimum deposit of $1.00 and allow up to $1,000 a day, with up to 20
transactions a month.

What are your Bill Pay Limits?
Standard daily Bill Pay limits are $2,000 per day.

What is the maximum balance I'm allowed in my account?
You may have a maximum of up to $10,000 dollars in your account(s), which includes your
savings subaccount. For example, you may have $9,000 in your main account and $1,000 in
your savings subaccount, or $8,000 in your main account and $2,000 in your savings
subaccount, or any combination whereby the total sum between both accounts does not
exceed the maximum of $10,000.00

How do I fund my account?
Just click the "+" button on the app home screen and follow the prompts. You can add
money from other bank accounts, set up direct deposit, or request money from other
members.

Is my money FDIC insured?
Yes, up to $250,000 like other financial institutions3.

How long does it take for money to post to my account?
Based on your deposit history with us, we will make up to $500 available real-time for
immediate use. As an initial customer, funds will post to your LiquidKlear Visa Prepaid Card
within 5 business days. To get funds faster, you can request expedited funds from
another LK LiquidKlear user, or load your
card at any qualified retail location for up to $4.95.

Can I enable pre-authorized debits?
Setting up auto-payments is simple. Go to your biller or payers online payment site or
app. Provide the payer or biller your 16-digit card number, schedule your payment, and
you're all set.

Does the LK LiquidKlear ecosystem work
with PayPal®?9
Yes. You can add your LiquidKlear Visa Prepaid Card as a way to pay for things on PayPal.
No additional fees.

Can I have my tax return direct deposited into my LK LiquidKlear account?
Yes. Just enter your account information on your tax return form to have the funds
deposited into your account.

Yes, but you may also send funds to a friend's phone number and if they're not a member
they'll receive an invitation to join!

Any pending request can be cancelled.

How do I get ATM access?

What happens if my card is lost or stolen?
You can temporarily lock your card within the app under "Manage Cards and Accounts"
without formally cancelling it. If your card is lost permanently, you can order a
replacement for $4.95 within the same section of the app.
