What does it cost to sign-up for LK LiquidKlear?

It’s free to sign up and use for the first 90 days during your trial period. Then it’s only $4.95 per month (or $59.60 per year total). There’s no cost for making purchases with your LK LiquidKlear™ Prepaid Visa® card and you will get one free withdrawal per month at ANY nationwide ATM; beat that. Where is LK LiquidKlear available?

LK LiquidKlear is currently available to US residents nationwide. 

Where can I use my prepaid debit card?

You can use your LK LiquidKlear Visa® prepaid card anywhere in the world that Visa is accepted. Visa charges a standard 1.1% international transaction fee — many others charge 3%. WE charge $0 on our end and simply pass-through actual costs to us. 

Is LK LiquidKlear available on my smartphone?

We will be initially launching on the Apple iOS store and shortly following up with Android iOS as well. For early sign-up to our priority waitlist, please go to our website at or an LK-enabled ATM near you.

Why do you need my personal information?

As a financial company, we must follow rules set forth by federal and state regulatory agencies that also allow us to FDIC ensure your funds. We will verify your identity, which means we need access to basic information like your Social Security Number and mailing address. Rest assured, your personal information is safe with us and we commit that we will NEVER share it with anyone, for any reason. 

Does LiquidKlear support Apple Pay®?

Yes. You can use your LK LiquidKlear Visa® Prepaid Card anywhere ApplePay® is accepted.

Can I use the LK LiquidKlear app¹ to make purchases?

We will offer this option in the near future.

How do I activate my LK LiquidKlear Visa® Prepaid card?

It’s easy. You just open the LK LiquidKlear app¹ once your card arrives and you will see the button prompting you to activate your account and card.

How do I change my PIN?

You can do this right from the LK LiquidKlear app¹. Simply go to Profile and select “Manage Cards & Accounts” and follow the prompts.

How do I reset my password?

You can do this right from the LK LiquidKlear app¹. Simply go to Profile and select “Change Password” and follow the prompts.

How do I view my bank statements?

You can see your Bank Statements by selecting “Spending” in your Account Dashboard within the LK LiquidKlear app¹. 

How much can I withdraw from an ATM per day?

This depends on the nationwide ATM that you select. ATM limits range from $200 – $1000 per event with a maximum of three withdrawals per 24-hour period.

What are your Bill Pay Limits?

Standard daily Bill Pay limits are $2,000 per day.

What are your overdraft fees?

LK LiquidKlear is a Visa® Prepaid card with a major benefit of no overdraft.

How do I fund my account?

Just click the “+” button on the app home screen and follow the prompts. You can add money from other bank accounts, set up direct deposit, or request money from other members. 

Is my money FDIC insured?

Yes, up to $250,000 like any other financial institution. 

How long does it take for money to post to my account?

Based on your deposit history with us, we will make up to $500 available real-time for immediate use. As an initial customer, funds will post to your LK LiquidKlear Visa® Prepaid Card within 5 business days. To get funds faster, you can request instant funds from another LK LiquidKlear user, or load your card at any qualified retail location for $4.95.

Does LK LiquidKlear work with PayPal?

Yes. You can add your LK LiquidKlear Visa® Prepaid Card as a way to pay for things on PayPal. No additional fees.

Can I have my tax return direct deposited into my LK LiquidKlear account?

Yes. Just enter your account information on your tax return form to have the funds deposited into your account.

How do I get direct deposit?

Select the “Direct Deposit” menu item on the + funds tab and you will find the necessary details.

How do I send money?

Push the – button in the LK LiquidKlear app¹ and click “Send Money” then select the member from your contact list.

Does the person I’m sending money to have to have a LK LiquidKlear account?


How do I cancel a payment or request for money?

Any pending request can be cancelled.

How do I make in-store and online purchases?

It’s just like any other Credit or Debit card; anywhere Visa is accepted.

How do I get ATM access?

One of the major differences from our competitors is the nationwide access to ANY ATM with no charge once per month with your basic account privileges. 

What happens if my card is lost or stolen?

You can temporarily lock your card within the app under “Manage Cards and Accounts” without formally cancelling it. If your card is lost permanently, you can order a replacement for $2.50 within the same section of the app.

How do I get additional support not covered in the FAQ?

You can use our chat service within the app to get help on any topic as needed; there are live humans on the other side of the chat.

How do I close my account?

You can go to “Manage Cards and Accounts” to de-activate your account.
